An excavation on Margate main sands, of an apparent reeded boat fragments and hoard. This was commissioned by MargateNOW.

The boat contents referenced an obscure Anglo Saxon saint, Ymar, who was a monk at Reculver and murdered in a Viking raid. His bones were brought to Margate and he may have given his name to the town.

The excavated pieces were reconfigured and displayed at Limbo project spaceMargate. On November 8 there was a performance of Anna Perach's "Mother of Egg" and on November 12, St Ymar's Day, Holly Slingsby performed readings and made offerings to Ymar.
