sledge and tools
cuttlefish ink drawing canvas
Evidence of an expedition in search of submerged spaces and materials caught in the ebb and flood.
Installation as part of The Well, Pettmans Building, Margate, November 2017 , curated by Cédric Fauq for Open School East. The images show a bitumen painted sledge and boxes containing experiments in submersion utilising material from Sandwich Bay, Pegwell Bay, and the Goodwin Sands- chalk, clay, sand, plastic, plaster, found basket, sea washed bricks, sea water-alongside a sail cloth immersed in sea water and cuttlefish ink.
