The images show a bitumen painted sledge and boxes containing experiments in submersion utilising material from Sandwich Bay, Pegwell Bay, and the Goodwin Sands - chalk, clay, sand, plastic, plaster, found basket, sea washed bricks, sea water - alongside a sail cloth immersed in sea water and cuttlefish ink.
